Hours: Tuesday–Thursday, 10:00–18:00.

Address: Loenermark 476B, 1025 TR, Amsterdam.

Please arrive a few minutes early so we can start on time.

✚Booking Policy

New appointment slots are released around the 10th of each month for the following month.

• VIP wait-list available via WhatsApp when dates are full.
• Bookings are confirmed once your deposit is received.

€Deposits & Payments

A deposit is required to secure your appointment. Your confirmation email will include a payment link.

• Deposits are non-refundable.
• Remaining balance can be paid in the studio (card or cash).
• No bank transfers please.

↺Rescheduling & Lateness

You can reschedule up to 48 hours before your appointment.

• Running late? There’s a 15-minute grace period. After this, your appointment may be shortened or cancelled.
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be charged 50% of the service.

☼Refunds & Cancellations

Service fees are non-refundable once performed. If something isn’t right, please tell us during your visit so we can help.

Deposits are non-refundable. If you need to cancel within 48 hours, your deposit will be retained.

♡Health & Safety

• If you are ill, have a fever or contagious skin condition, please contact us to reschedule.
• We work sterile and follow strict hygiene protocols for your safety.
• Pregnant or on medication? Let us know—we’ll adapt your treatment.

✷Aftercare

Your skin will look its best with the right routine. We provide clear, practical advice tailored to you.

• Avoid active sun exposure and saunas for 24–48 hours (depending on treatment).
• Use SPF daily and stay hydrated.
