These terms apply to all Aurea Aesthetic Gift Cards, whether purchased from us or an authorised partner.

Where to use. Redeemable online at our store and in-clinic for treatments and retail products.
Validity. Valid for 12 months from the purchase date. Please redeem before expiry.
Amounts. Fixed values between €75 and €300.
Single use. The Gift Card must be spent in one transaction; remaining value is not retained.
Not combinable. You cannot combine two different Gift Cards in a single purchase.
No cash out. Not exchangeable for cash and non-refundable.
Transfer. You may gift the code to someone else. The card is issued once and cannot be moved to another card.
Proof of purchase. We may request the original receipt or the email containing the digital code for verification.
Technical issues. We may temporarily refuse payment with a Gift Card if a system malfunction prevents validation.
Lost or stolen. Treat the code like cash. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, altered or misused cards/codes.
